Placed an order of 72 red roses for my 81year old mother's birthday.It was supposed to be delivered before 1:pm.
At 2:pm i went to their live chat and was told the flowers were out for delivery. 3, 4, 5, 6 pm no answers. Stole the moment, the smile and the forever great memories of this day. IRRESPONSIBLE AND MISLEADING.
Everything that went wrong was blamed on the Logistics Team. Took my money and did not delivered on their promises. Where are the roses that you promised to deliver?
Missing ......Untrustworthy and careless bunch, hope I had read the reviews before I trusted them.
